 This privacy policy applies to personal data processed by Krømer Foto under a photography contract.

Privacy
KrømeFoto, which undertakes assignments in the contract, is obliged to protect your privacy.

Personal data is information that can be linked to you as individuals. This may include names and other contact details, order and payment information, and, not least, photographs that are covered by the rules on personal data.

It is important to us that you know what type of information we collect and how we protect your privacy.

Purpose

Krømer Foto processes information about the Client in order to fulfill the photography contract, to be able to offer the photos for order at a later date, and for marketing its own business.

Basis for processing personal data

We process your personal data in order to fulfill our obligations under the contract, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(b), as well as to offer the photos at a later date and for marketing our own business, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation, Article 6(1)(a).

How we use personal data:

Ordinary contact information, etc. is used by Krømer Foto solely for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and offering the photos at a later order date. Photographs are also used for marketing the business and will in some cases be posted on our website, accessible to the general public. Beyond this, personal data will not be shared with others.

Krømer Foto undertakes to store the photographs for a minimum of 10 years. The images will be deleted after 20 years, unless otherwise agreed. The customer may request deletion at any time, regardless of the above. Personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary for the purpose or as required by law.

Your rights
You have the right to request access to, and correction or deletion of personal data, or restriction of processing, to object to processing, and the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw your consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
